The total session is 120 minutes in duration and priced at $45 total ($25 for performance training and $20 for lacrosse skill training).
The session is structured in progressive phases to optimize your athletic capabilities:
First 60 Minutes: Performance Training
Speed & Agility Foundation: We begin with focused work on speed mechanics, covering fundamental techniques and rudiments. This phase includes resisted sprints and speed-based plyometrics to enhance coordination and your rate of force production, ensuring you move faster and more efficiently.
Competitive Application: Transition into competitive scenarios designed to test your limits. This includes dynamic chase drills, head-to-head races, and timed sprints, utilizing specialized equipment like Vald's timing gates and the techno gym skill mill to simulate real-game pressure.
Power & Strength Development: Following the speed work, the focus shifts to building explosive power and resilient strength. Final 60 Minutes: Sport-Specific Skills (Lacrosse Focus)
Sport-Specific Skills (Lacrosse Focus): This segment is dedicated to refining sport-specific expertise. We dive into essential lacrosse technical and tactical skill work, ensuring the physical attributes developed throughout the first hour translate directly and effectively onto the field.
